It is under the responsibility of the incoming students to collect the necessary documents for visa application. The International Office can help with the visa letter if required by the Embassies. If you need visa letter, please get in touch with the International Office. 
 
RESIDENT PERMIT

Foreigners who intend to study in Turkey must apply for a residence permit immediately upon their arrival in Turkey regardless of the validity of their visa.

Çukurova University International Office provides assistance to all incoming Erasmus Students during this procedure.

Residence Permit procedure for Incoming Student

1) Apply from the link https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ and print filled application form. Çukurova University International Office member or your peer student will assist you. At the end of the application, you will learn about your appointment date.

2) Make a copy of your passport and the stamped page (showing the date when you entered Turkey) at the International Office.

3) Check health insurance papers with the Çukurova University International Office.  

Check the documents to take with you on your appointment date for your resident permit:

*Printed application form. 

*Passport size photos ( 4 items) 

*Official student paper and official paper from our office ( Çukurova University International Office will give them to you after your arrival), 

*Address of your stay in Turkey if you do not stay on campus guesthouse.  

*Resident permit fee (approximately 20-25 Euro) payment receipt. It is possible to make online payment.
