You have two options for the insurance:
a) Having a public insurance from your country (only countries listed below)
If you have a public health insurance in your country and your country is mentioned below you will be exempted from Health Insurance if you do these steps. In order to reach these documents you should contact with your public insurance office and you should receive the forms arranged for your name and details.

b) Getting insurance from Turkey
You should check the appropriate health insurance with the International Office. The resident permit application system has a list of companies for health insurance.
For those who wish to bring their private insurance policies from their countries must read the regulation for resident permit application and check the sample insurance confirmation document. The confirmation document must include the list of hospitals covered by your insurance policy. To get this confirmation you are advised to get in touch with your insurance company.
