Requirements for Incoming Erasmus Students

To apply for an exchange study period at Çukurova University, you need to be nominated officially by your International Office or coordinator. After the nomination you will receive an email with useful links and practical information.

Application Documents

The following documents should be sent to:

• Student Application Form (click)

• Learning Agreement Form (click) 

• Academic History / Academic Transcript

• Photocopy of passport showing your photo, number and expiration date (PDF).

• Official certification that you can speak English (can be from your home university) (PDF).

• For health insurance please click.

• Proof of current home university enrolment (PDF)

• A photo (JPG)

   

  Online Learning Agreement

   

• For those who can prepare Online Learning Agreement (OLA), please refer to the sample below for the Responsible Person (who will sign the document) and the Administrative Contact Person details. If your university does not use EWP, please prepare your Learning Agreement in the word format and send it back to us for final approval before you sign it. KA171 students are required to prepare Learning Agreement in the word format.

  

   

  Medicine students should contact medinfo@cu.edu.tr before they prepare their OLA or Learning Agreement document.
